A young, vibrantly groovy and bubbly professional in her late 20’s. She has a mission for creating art, wellness material, and community wherever she roams. She has started her own small business post YTT and SEL training, Polarity Body and Mind, LLC. Her video work consists of her own YouTube channel focused on Wellness, Self Help, and Yoga information, as well as smaller projects with schools, realtors, and other personal passion projects. She is a Self-Taught Digital Artist and Painter. She is a novice writer of blog content and copy. Her mission is connected to her passion of caring for others–Through hosting yoga and wellness spaces, creating art, making videos, writing, and the day to day of genuine human connection, she will help others TRANSFORM their lives, all while continuing on her never ending Journey of Personal TRANSFORMATION.
